We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to join the team, working with our Product Managers and Software Development Managers throughout the entire software development life cycle, using agile methodologies to deliver delightful and innovative customer experiences, and ensuring high quality deliverables by tracking and delivering on key business and technical metrics. These tools allow SAs to focus on delivering effective, high-quality hands-on events. The Solutions Architecture Customer Engagements team builds and operates the products that power these engagements: tools for content creation, account and infrastructure provisioning, event delivery, and tracking/surfacing impact metrics. These events build customer confidence in AWS Services, and help them understand how those services help solve their business and technical problems. Job summary Every week, thousands of Solutions Architects (SAs) run hands-on engagements with customers, helping them understand AWS Services through exploration and interactivity.
